We welcome all new and continuing postgraduate and doctoral students to the start of the new academic year at our institution. You will notice that three postgraduate programs have been added this year to our existing portfolio of programs. These are: MSc in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, MSc in Management, and MPhil. The latter is a research degree aimed specifically at preparing students to undertake PhD studies. Effective from the academic year 2017/2018 the Graduate School of International Management (GSIM) counts the following programs in its offerings:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Master of Science (MSc) in Management
• Master of Science (MSc) Industrial/Organizational Psychology
• Master of Philosophy (MPhil)
• Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
• Doctor of Philosophy (PhD)

In addition, all postgraduate students are required to actively participate in the following leadership seminars, the aim being to create a positive atmosphere of interaction among students of different cultural backgrounds:

• Management of Public Organizations
• Negotiation and Dispute Resolution
• Managing People in the Information Age
• Management of Innovation and Change
