Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program

Program Structure

The structure of the program comprises:

  • Six (6) compulsory core courses in business management and research methodology to be completed during the first semester of the program.
  • Eight (8) Major areas of concentration from which students are required to choose one and complete all three “compulsory elective” modules during the second semester of the program. Please note that the Institution reserves the right not to offer a Major in any given area due to insufficient demand for it or scheduling difficulties.
  • Submit and orally defend the MBA thesis in a viva whose members are made up of faculty members of CASS Europe, faculty members of partner higher education institutions, and practitioners from the world of business and industry.

The program has a total of 310 hours of structured contact in class (i.e. 210 hours in the first semester of studies and 90 hours in the second semester). The estimated self-study workload for the first semester is 400 hours, and for the second semester it is 430 hours.
